Lisa Bartoli
Executive Director and Founder Lisa Bartoli received the 2026 SCPD Lifetime Achievement Award from the State Council for Persons with Disabilities at the Life Conference in January. “This prestigious recognition reflects your outstanding achievements in advocacy for adults with disabilities. Your kindness, passion, and empathy as the program founder of the Art Therapy Express Program give persons with disabilities creative freedom to express, create, and uplift through art, offering them artistic expression. Throughout your career, you have dedicated your efforts to ensuring people with disabilities have a voice, with hope, love, and insight.”
